💫 Meet Jay – Executive Assistant

If you’ve ever wondered how we keep things running smoothly at FFS Beauty (and how Des and Liz make it through the day in one piece), meet the woman behind the magic — Jay. She’s our Executive Assistant and self-confessed Chaos Co-ordinator, keeping everything ticking behind the scenes with serious skill and plenty of laughs.

💼 When did you start working at FFS Beauty?

I joined in March 2024 and it’s been full-speed ever since!

🧠 Describe your role in one sentence

Des & Liz’s right-hand gal and Chaos Co-ordinator.

☕ What does a typical workday look like for you?

Absolute chaos 🤣 Sometimes it’s organising Des, sometimes it’s admin, sometimes it’s a top-secret project. It’s always behind the scenes, making sure all the cogs are turning.

💖 What’s your favourite thing about working at FFS Beauty?

The team, absolutely. I’ve never worked with a group of women quite like it — knowledgeable, powerful, hilarious, and the best hype girls ever.

🎉 Most memorable FFS moment?

How do I pick one moment when every day is absolutely hilarious?

🪔 Your forever favourite FFS product?

The Body Oil, 1000%. The smell is pure holiday in a bottle and it makes my skin feel amazing without being sticky or greasy.

📚 What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Painting pretty nails, cosying up with a good book and a brew, and getting my steps in with Margot.

🤫 Fun fact about you?

I was kissed by celebrity singer Chico... it’s true!

Jay keeps the FFS machine running, the chaos in check, and the laughter levels high. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without her. ❤️
